Returns Policy

*Our policy is active for 30 days. If it is 30 days past your purchase, we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to eligible for a return, your item must be returned undamaged and unused. It is important that the item is in the same condition it was when you received it. The item must be returned inside its original packaging.

In order to successfully complete your return, please mail back the item with the proof of purchase/invoice receipt.

Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when you return your item/items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once you receive a refund, the total of your refund will exclude your original shipping cost.

* If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

There are certain times where only a partial refund will be granted (if applicable):
-  Any item not in its original condition,
- Items that are returned damaged not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
After we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email and advise you that the item has been received on our end. We will at this time notify you as to whether or not we have approved or rejected your refund request.
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed and the credit will be applied automatically to your credit card/original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to show up.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, check your original method of payment/bank account again.
It can sometimes take a few business days for your refund to show up on you credit card company. Some companies can take 3-5 business days to process and for the refund to be posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange an item for another exact item in the same size as you ordered, send us an email at info@royallyobsessed.com we can arrange an exchange for you.

In order to return your product, please send us an email at info@royallyobsessed.com, include your explanation for the return request. Once we receive your email, we will provide you will detailed instructions on how to return/exchange your item.
